The Base Command Module

The primary foundation is the Base Module. Those on the command list can control all management aspects of the script, while those on the control list have a limited selection of commands available, which list can be tailored to the specific world. Those not on either list have no control of any kind over the script functions. Because the Base Command Module handles all the routine functions and actions that all the other modules and the script as a whole need, it cannot be turned off. Those on the command list can add and remove others from the command list, including removing themselves. They can also check the status of all included modules and get a list of the commands available.

The Base Module has no special requirements.
